Action Plans

To access and administer federal Community Development Block Grant - Disaster Recovery funding appropriated to Louisiana for recovery after a disaster, the state must submit an action plan that:

  1. Identifies unmet recovery and resilience needs for residents, businesses and communities
  2. Describes the programs that will contribute to the state’s overall recovery and resilience efforts
  3. Outlines the proposed budget allocations for spending the appropriated funding across programs and geographies

LOCD keeps a public archive of all action plans, amendments and appendices for CDBG-DR funding appropriated by the U.S. Dept. of Housing and Urban Development to Louisiana for recovery and mitigation efforts.
