FY 26-27 LGAP/CWEF Application Virtual Training and Portal Demonstration

Non-Entitlement UGLGs, along with engineers and consultants who support their projects, are invited to attend a virtual training on the FY 26-27 Local Government Assistance Program (LGAP) and Community Water Enrichment Fund (CWEF) application process, including a demonstration of the online application portal.
The virtual session will walk participants through creating an application, uploading required documents and completing the submission process.

Citizen Participation
Subrecipients must develop and adopt a Citizen Participation Plan prior to developing an application.
Technical Assistance, Program Amendments and Performance Hearings are also included under the Citizen Participation requirements.
